Our agile model allows our clients to expand and contract their talent pool as needed. Clients typically pay a fixed weekly rate that varies based on our lawyers’ level of seniority. We also provide custom pricing and offer different levels of talent to meet most budgets. Along with full-time temporary engagements, we also support project and episodic work, and part-time and telecommuting engagements. Additionally, if our clients want to hire our lawyers, we facilitate those hires and charge a market rate conversion fee. We also handle direct hire recruiting for our clients and do not charge a retainer.
