We are always looking for talented lawyers to join our team. Bliss attorneys who are hired for secondments are all W-2 employees.  Our competitive salaries are consistent with in-house attorneys of major corporations and law firm associates from top firms.  Our secondments can last from three months to several years, with the average length being one year.  Most of our engagements are full-time and onsite at our clients’ offices, though some are part-time and permit telecommuting.  Attorneys are paid during the time period in which they are engaged, pro-rated (if applicable) to reflect part-time secondments.  Our attorneys receive a robust compensation package that includes health benefits, 401(K) and 529 opportunities, paid vacation and sick days, CLE and other employment benefits.
