Deborah Epstein Henry is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bliss Lawyers. She is also an internationally recognized expert, consultant and public speaker on the future of the legal profession, women and work/life balance. Debbie’s first book, LAW & REORDER, was the #1 best-selling American Bar Association 2011 Flagship book. She co-authored a second book with her Bliss co-founders, FINDING BLISS: Innovative Legal Models for Happy Clients & Happy Lawyers, which was among the American Bar Association 2015 Flagship best-sellers. A former practicing litigator, Debbie is President of Flex-Time Lawyers LLC, a consulting firm she founded in the late 1990s, providing consulting, training and speaking services to law firms, companies and non-profits in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Her firm is well known for running Best Law Firms for Women with Working Mother magazine — a national survey to select the top 50 law firms for women and report on industry trends. Debbie has garnered visibility for her work from The New York Times, NBC Nightly News, The Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, and The National Law Journal, among many others. Through her public speaking, consulting and press attention, she grew a network of lawyers to over 10,000 and has received numerous awards, including being named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s "Women of Distinction". Debbie serves on a number of non-profits, including the Forum of Executive Women, the Task Force for Talent Innovation, the American Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession and the New York City Bar’s Committee to Enhance Diversity and Inclusion in the Profession. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Yale and her J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School. Debbie clerked for the Honorable Jacob Mishler in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Suzie Scanlon Rabinowitz is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bliss Lawyers and the co-author, with her Bliss co-founders, of FINDING BLISS. Suzie recently launched SRD Legal Group, which is a women owned virtual law firm as an alternative for companies of all sizes committed to working with women and minority owned law firms. Suzie has practiced at the virtual law firm of Berger Legal LLC for more than a decade and prior to joining the virtual law firm world, she worked as a traditional lawyer at the law firms Sullivan & Cromwell and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She also worked at the National Association of Securities Dealers (predecessor to FINRA) and in the New York State Executive Chamber of Governor Mario M. Cuomo as a Press Aide. Suzie received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the Annual Survey Editor of the Fordham Law Review and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts and Criminal Law. She received her B.A. in medieval studies from Sarah Lawrence College with honors. Suzie is a 2013 graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, which is a scholarship-based entrepreneurship program for business owners. She is the founding board chairperson of the Danbury Hospital Associate Board and currently serves as a Director of the LaGuardia Community College Foundation and the Leadership Advisory Board of The Ridgefield Playhouse. Suzie has also served as Board President of Maimonides Academy of Western Connecticut, Vice President of the Board of Directors of The Ridgefield Playhouse, Executive Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Temple Shearith Israel and Co-Chair of the Windward School Annual Fund. Garry A. Berger is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bliss Lawyers. He is the co-author, with his Bliss co-founders, of FINDING BLISS. Garry is a pioneer in the legal services industry, having founded Berger Legal LLC in 2002, an innovative virtual law firm which has grown to include some 15 senior attorneys serving Fortune 500 clients as well as small- to mid-size companies across a variety of industries. He previously worked as an in-house lawyer at The Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters) in Stamford, Connecticut. Garry spent three years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York City and two years as a judicial law clerk to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and Research & Writing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Garry received his B.A., magna cum laude, in politics, from Brandeis University. He is a founder and serves on the Danbury Hospital Associate Board and founded and leads Ridgefield Little League’s Holland Division for special needs children. Garry is the father of two sons.

Dan Rabinowitz is Chief Financial Officer of Bliss Lawyers where he manages the day-to-day finances as well as the human resources function of the company. Prior to joining Bliss, Dan was Vice President of S.A.C. Capital Advisors, L.P., managing the operations of a high net worth family office for more than a decade. He also brings large corporate experience to Bliss from his tenure at IBM Corporation's Global Treasury and Citigroup's Capital Markets and Securitization groups. Dan earned his B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Pace University in 1995 and was the recipient of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Engineering and Science Award and Scholarship. He is married and has two sons.

Susie Elitzky is the Director of Talent for Bliss Lawyers where she oversees the recruitment strategies and operations of the company, and manages a talent team that interviews and vets top legal talent to successfully meet client staffing needs. She has over 15 years of experience in the legal recruiting field. Prior to joining Bliss, Susie was a Founder and Principal of Kaizen Attorney Search LLC, a boutique legal recruitment firm. Before striking out on her own, she was the Director of Recruiting at Dechert LLP, managing legal recruiting for the global law firm’s 14 nationwide offices. Susie started her recruiting career by gaining large law firm experience in various recruiting roles in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Randi Rosenblatt is the Director of Business Development of Bliss Lawyers where she oversees the planning, leadership and management of the business development operations of the company, and ensures consistency with the company’s mission and values. Prior to joining Bliss, Randi was Senior Counsel, Director at Heineken USA in White Plains, New York. She previously practiced law as a corporate attorney at the law firms of Schiff Hardin LLP and Watson Farley and Williams LLP. Randi has served as a volunteer for the Jewish Community Center of Manhattan, the UJA Federation of New York, and Team First Book New York City. She has also served as a mentor to Tulane Law School students regarding career development, interview etiquette and networking skills. Randi received her B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Tulane Law School, where she was a Merit Scholarship Recipient and a Notes & Comments Editor and Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. Additionally, she received her M.B.A. from Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business where she was a Morton A. Alexis Lamb is an Associate Director for Bliss Lawyers where she is a member of the talent team and interviews candidates and helps manage the process of vetting candidates for client consideration. She also provides business development support to help grow the company’s expanding client network. Prior to joining Bliss, Alexis was Managing Director and head of the New York office of Princeton Legal Search Group, where she focused on direct-hire placements of attorneys at AmLaw 200, mid-sized, and boutique law firms. Additionally, she recruited for in-house legal departments of New York City area corporations and financial institutions. Alexis also honed her recruiting expertise as a Senior Partner in the New York office of Lucas Group and as a Managing Director in the Hong Kong office of Kinney Recruiting. Prior to her legal recruitment career, she practiced as a private equity and mergers and acquisitions associate in the New York City office of O’Melveny & Myers and as a US Capital Markets associate in the Hong Kong office of Linklaters. Alexis’s global background in both legal recruiting and law practice make her an invaluable asset to the Bliss Lawyers’ recruiting team. She received her B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Southern California and her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. Alexis lives in New York City.

Jeff Berger is the Manager of Operations of Bliss Lawyers where he handles the daily website back-end needs and content management system of the company. This includes managing the contacts of the company’s national client base as well as a network of over 15,000 attorneys. Jeff is a graduate of The American University School of Government and Public Administration. During this time, he was a long time staff assistant in the Office of Congressman Benjamin A. Gilman (R-NY), who represented New York State's former Twenty-Second Congressional District. Jeff later received a Masters of Fine Arts from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. He also earned a J.D. from New York Law School. For four years, Jeff ran marathons and half-marathons in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training under-famed coach Romon Bermo. He lives in New York City.

Shannon Horn is a Talent Relationship Officer at Bliss Lawyers where she handles the daily intake flow of candidates and facilitates the search, vetting and interview processes. Shannon also regularly assumes project work involving marketing, analytics, social media and the company’s content management system. She earned a B.A. in History and Classical Culture and Society from Haverford College in 2014, graduating with high honors. Shannon was a member of the Women's Lacrosse and Women's Fencing teams during her four years at Haverford, and she coached in youth lacrosse leagues during the summer. In lacrosse, Shannon earned the Centennial Conference Spring Honor Roll recognition during the 2014 and 2013 seasons, and was selected for the Northern New Jersey high school competition team. In fencing, she earned the 2014 NIWFA All-Academic Team honors, the 2014 EWFC sabre squad title, the EWFC First-Team honors and the NIWFA First-Team honors. Shannon also helped to earn the 2014 Division III title in the NIWFA conference and qualified for the NCAA Regional competition all four years of her athletic career. Prior to college graduation, Shannon was a sales, marketing, and technology associate at The Bookworm, a small bookstore where she worked intermittently over the course of seven years. Melissa began her legal career at Dewey Ballantine as an associate in their corporate litigation department. She then moved to Bondy & Schloss where she managed cases and gained more practical experience. Following a ten year engagement as Comptroller for New York based Electronic Security and Communications Corporation, Melissa currently works on discreet litigation matters, including drafting appellate briefs and assisting in mediations with a solo practitioner in Manhattan. Melissa received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.S. magna cum laude in business with a corporate finance concentration from SUNY Albany.
