Elissa Davis is a Talent Officer at Bliss Lawyers where she interviews, evaluates and vets candidates for client consideration. She is also a Partner of SRD Legal Group and Counsel to the virtual law firm Berger Legal LLC. Elissa’s practice focuses on general corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property licensing. She previously worked as an associate at Proskauer Rose and at Battle Fowler (now Paul Hastings LLP). Elissa began her career as a law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor when Justice Sotomayor was a District Court judge in the Southern District of New York. She received a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of The New Europe Law Review. Elissa received a B.A. in political science from New York University in 1990, graduating with distinction in all subjects. She is admitted to practice law in New York. Elissa lives in Westchester County, New York with her husband and three children.
